You will not be charged for your room until you check in. So reserve as soon as you can. The number of rooms we use determines banquet room fee.
Starting off the weekend, Friday night will be a Social gathering at Johnny's Navajo Hogan starting at 6:30 PM. There is no cost upfront for this gathering. Your cost will be what you eat and/or drink.
Saturday: 1:00 PM starts the tour of Wasson High School. Bring your cameras, there is no charge for this event. 3 PM - 5 PM Wasson/Mitchell Alumni Basketball Game. Tickets will be purchased at the door. $5 each if you wear Wasson apparel, $7 if not. Proceeds go to the WHS Alumni Association. During the break will be the WHSAA Hall of Fame Induction ceremony. The 1978 Boys Basketball State Champs will be inducted.
7 PM - Dinner at the Hyatt Place banquet room. The dinner will be Italian cuisine. Purchase your ticket here. The banquet will be $35 per person all inclusive except alcohol. The bar is right next to the banquet room if you desire something other than tea, water, or coffee. This is a casual event. This price includes credit card processing fees, decorations, etc. This registration site charges .99 cents to process each ticket.
Sunday Noon - Picnic at the Park, we will have a potluck picnic at Palmer Park, Council Grounds Pavilion. Those of us that live in town, please bring a side dish. Pulled pork will be provided. If you live out of town, stop off and pick up a side salad or something. We will have tea and water available to drink, if you desire something else, please bring it. We will also have a donation jar to help pay for the pavilion rental.
2:30 PM - Golf tournament at the Air Force Academy. We will have a prize for longest drive , closest to the pin. If anyone is interested in playing and getting a foursome together, please email juliemiller7820@gmail.com. If you have family that would like to play, or someone from another class that is great. Pay for your golf here then email Julie (juliemiller7820@gmail.com) your driver's license number and birthdate so she can get you in at the gate. Cost is $55 per golfer this includes the cart, 18 holes, and range balls.
Tickets must be purchased no later than July 1st for the banquet and golf.
