Became executive assistant to the President of Embassy Television. Assisted the five partners of Castle Rock Entertainment start the company. Eventually became V.P. of Human Resources and worked a total of 10 years at Castle Rock. Continued as V.P. Human Resources for Capitol Records for four years.
