Jeffrey C Fortner passed away on August 15, 2020 in Colorado Springs. Jeffrey was a loyal guitar fan and loved classical music. Jeffrey was also a lifelong Chicago Cubs fan. He enjoyed the outdoors and was a movie buff. He was a merchandiser for various companies in Colorado and California. He was preceded in death by his brother Phillip. Jeff was a wonderful person and will be missed immensely by everyone who knew him.
