| About Me | Clarke Family in Hong Kong Circa 1959 to 1960, can you find Bill, David, Dick, Carolyn who attended ISB? Born in New Haven Connecticut, Father was doing graduate work at Yale University Ph.D., Foreign Service kid, brother to David Clarke, ISB, James Clarke, ISB, Carolyn Clarke, ISB, we all lived in Hong Kong, Philippines, Taiwan, Thailand, I attended King George V school in Hong Kong, and International School of Bangkok in Thailand, and several other High schools in US-Carlisle HS, in Carlisle, Pa and Washington Lee HS in Arlington. Started College at Northeastern University in Boston, MA. and Graduated from University of Hawaii in 1973 with a BA. Attended Law School (night school) at New York Law School (1982-1985), and Georgetown Law Center 1986 (Graduated JD). I have worked in Telecommunications since 6/1989 to 11/2017 (AT&T, Sprint, MCI, Focal, XO, Cavalier and now Cox Communications.) I am married to Diana Drakulich Clarke (Realtor), and we have one child Shavonne (f), Shavonne attended Sweet Briar College in Virginia, Summa Cum Laude, then she received her Master Degree ( at 24 years old) from Texas A&M, Summa Cum Laude. Shavonne has completed a second Masters (MFA in Creative Writing, fully funded) at Purdue Univ. in Indiana, May 2013 graduation, again Summa Cum Laude and Top honors, and she will have accumulated 4 years of teaching at the College level by 2013, I am proud of her.
