| About Me | I met Geralynn Behm at KU in 1972 where we lived in Jayhawk Towers. We were married in Houston, Texas in 1975. After graduating from KU in May 1975, I started working at Fluor Engineers and Constructors in Houston, Texas. Fluor was an E&C firm in petrochemical plant construction and most of the projects we worked on at that time were in Saudi Arabia. In 1977 I went to work for Bendix Corporation (later AlliedSignal and Honeywell) in Kansas City, Missouri working primarily in microelectronic product manufacturing until retirement in 2009. Ger and I have enjoyed travelling over the years particularly to tropical locales for snorkeling, sailing and relaxation. We both love dogs, especially Pugs and have had at least one if not two or three at a given time since we have been married. Geralynn finally said we were going to get a cat in 2011. I never was a cat person, but I have become one now. After I retired in 2009 we built a maintenance provided home in Overland Park, KS.
