| About Me | I got married (more than once, I'm a slow learner - took a while to find the love of my life, and then he died in a motorcycle accident in 2007). I gained 4 step-children (but we don't use the word "step") with my marriage so we had a blended family with 6 children total (oldest step-son was killed in 2000). I now have 15 grandchildren and 3 great-grandsI owned/operated a bar in KCKS and simultaneously worked in the paint department at GM. I went 'back to school' to earn my associate's degree and planned to open a motorcycle shop with my husband (I dropped the plans when he died). I've traveled all over the US, and have been to Mexico, Canada, and Europe. I've moved away from Kansas City and back again (a couple of times). I started working with a non-profit motorcycle organization, B.A.C.A., in 2003, and served on the International Executive Board of Directors for 14 years; I still serve on the local level.
