About Me	I published a book of poetry this year, for which I've received deeply gratifying praise. I'm retired from the faculty at the School of Social Work, University of Minnesota/Twin Cities Campus, where I was a member of the Graduate Faculty, and where I had previously earned my MSW and Ph.D. I loved teaching, and was also a forensic expert for three decades through my private practice. Before Minneapolis I lived in Chicago, in San Francisco during the 60s heyday of the Haight, and in Minneapolis for the last forty years. I'm a prairie girl at heart, and a friend of Bill W. My son Tim, who travels internationally for his work since earning his MBA at Northwestern University, Evanston, has remained one of life's greatest blessings.
