About Me	Managed theaters, started as summer job, Manager Starlite Drive in theater. Caught boss Embezzling, drive over night to corp offices MSP, brought the evidence with me. Next day he was gone, and I was assistant City mgr, the promoted as state manager for ND. Left their and moved back from Bismarck to Sioux Falls. COP Sioux Falls, 15 years rescue dive and scuba instructor, then fire and arson investigator for 50 or 60 major insurance companies, testified i 5 states and put people in prisonif 4 states. From a $750.00 to 20 milliondollar fires, never lost a single case. Became instrument rated pilot in Hi performance aircraft. Started working for a multimillionaire, computerized his wife's accounting, the ended up co-signing checks the management company sent over, found out Mgt Co was Embezzling from him, he asked what do you know about managing APTS, I said nothing, he told me you better F$_$$ing learn. 3 weeks later on a Friday I notarized new Inc. Papers, Monday I was the first and only employee of the new Mgt Co. I had to fly to Lincoln NE, to hire a new manager for 144 apts, go one lasted for 19 years. Only got fired 1 time but 6 months later I got a $1,000.00 a month raise when he called me back. Also took 9,000 Ariel photos of farms in 6 states.
