Lisa Helene Croke, nee Ashkenaz, 39, died at home on July 23 2008, following an almost three-year battle against breast cancer. Survived by husband, Matthew; daughters, Haley (7), Kelly (3) and Molly (4 months); sisters, Wendy and Brittany, sister, Andrea (Robert )Hogan and their children, Cecelia and Benjamin; father, Stephen Ashkenaz; stepfather, Jerry Turetzky; cousin, Aaron; aunts, Sally and Judy; and innumerable friends. Memorial Service Friday, Aug. 1, 2008, 11 a.m. at St. John Brebeuf Church, 8307 N. Harlem Ave., Niles, IL. Memorial contributions may be made to the Bank of America, Lisa Croke Medical Fund.
