About	Nancy worked at both Lockheed and NASA (Moffett Field) as one of those human calculators, like in the Hidden Figures movie. She loved Alfa Romeo sports cars and she and her husband Floyd were in the Sports Car Club of America touring up and down the state in car rallies. While staying home with three children she attended many different college in three different states before earning her degree in Business Administration and becoming a corporate accountant. She became an avid cyclist and took her grandchildren on long rides both in the seat behind hers, then pulling a bicycle Burley trailer, then having them attached to her bike on an Alley-Cat. Being a grandmother was one of the greated joys in her life. She retired to Humboldt, AZ was involved in local politics, serving on her city council, and even becoming Vice Mayor. She took care of Floyd at home during his 7-year Alzheimer's journey. After he passed she moved back to Fremont to live with her daughter. In March of 2025 she went on a routine 25-mile bike ride. A week later they found and removed a brain tumor while preparing to treat her essential tremors with a deep-brain-stimulation unit. The Grade 4 Glioblastoma Multiforme took her life only five months later.
