About	Jeff was my baby brother.. He served in the Army and then on the Topeka Police force. He was flying the Police helicopter and it malfunctioned and crashed. He and his partner were killed. He left a wife and 2 daughters. We were all heartbroken. He was just a few days shy of 38.
