Cost Includes: Hall Rental, DJ, Open Bar, & Plated Dinner (Chicken Entree, soup or pasta, mixed green salad, vegetable, potato, coffee, tea, milk, and drinks) Open Bar includes: Bud & Bud Light on tap, Red and White wine, and Mid-Shelf Liquor. The open bar was included in this package. The difference between having an open bar or a cash was minimal. It makes more sense to have the open bar after looking at the numbers. I NEED TO GIVE SAN MARINO CLUB A FINAL COUNT BY JUNE 21st Hotel Info: I got us a group rate at a hotel called "The Gatehouse Suites Troy". It is very close to the San Marino Club. Anyone can book a room there for Friday and Saturday, or just Saturday. I figured some people will be coming from out of town and want a nice, inexpensive place to stay. These suites at Gatehouse are very nice. You can book a reservation over the phone or on-line. If you call, just tell them you are booking under the name "Warren Mott Class of 2002". If you book on-line they will ask for an "Attendee Code". You must type in "WMClass" to receive the discounted rate. I will also schedule buses, or a taxi service to pick us up from the San Marino Club and drop us back off at the hotel if you have a room there. After party will be there. That will be an additional cost that you will have to pay when they pick us up. So if you book a room, please let me know if you want transportation back to our hotel after the event.
