Michael was my eldest brother. He passed away from complications of Rheumatic Fever as a child that damaged his heart. He married Peggy Jean Gavin of Royal Oak, Michigan in 1976. He had a full scholarship at Oakland University, where he pursued an Engineering Degree. While a student there, he opened his own business repairing TVs in Ferndale, Michigan. Before finishing at Oakland University, he pursued a position with GD Searle, where he spent his work life repairing radiographic equipment at hospitals, resulting in work travel all the way to Rio de Janeiro. His wife Peggy also passed at a young age. Michael was survived by two children (Patrick and Kristina) and many grandchildren. Patrick's first birthday is being celebrated in the photo.
Michael's siblings: Janice (Warren class of 1974), Steven (Warren class of 1975), Carol (Warren class of 1977) and Lisa (Warren class of 1985) remain.
