About	Joe W. Fulmer 1949-2020 SEP 6, 2020 WARREN — Joe W. Fulmer, 70, died Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2020, at his home, surrounded by his family. Joe was born Dec. 2, 1949, in Canton, the son of Helen and Joe Fulmer. Joe graduated from Warren G. Harding High School in 1968 and attended Kent State University, Youngstown State University and Cooper School of Art for Photography. He was preceded in death by his parents, Helen and Joe Fulmer, and his infant brother, Michael. He is survived by his wife, Dorothy A. (Milligan) Fulmer; his sister, Marceille Gillam; his sons, Justin and Joshua (Brittany) Fulmer; and many cherished nieces and nephews. Joe worked for many years at Republic / WCI Steel and made many close friends while there. He loved to travel in his RV, meeting new friends everywhere that he went. Joe was a lifelong music lover and spent as much time as he could playing or listening to great music. He was also an avid photographer and especially loved blending music and photography. Due to the current pandemic, a private family service was held in the home. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
