Herman and I have known each other our entire lives. We went to kindergarten together, we lived around the corner from each other. Our older siblings were friends. His mom was one of the nicest people on earth. I was happy when we went to the Warren Easton together. He was always there for me. I always felt at ease, like having a big brother with me. I stayed in touch as best we could but life got in the way. I will always consider him my oldest and dearest friend and he is missed dearly.
