Thanks to everyone that has already made payment! This email is to let you know about the tour of WCHS on Saturday, details are below. The reunion has been planned! Thanks to the reunion committee here are the details, please read and if you are planning to attend we need you to make payment on or by Sunday, September 21st, that is only 11 days from today. If you are seriously planning on attending please do not put off making your payment. We need to pay deposits and have a confirmed number of attendees as soon as possible. YOU ONLY HAVE 24 DAYS UNTIL THE REUNION!! The reunion date is Saturday, October 4th, Ellis Place on State Street (right off the square) 7pm - Midnight. The cost is $40 per person payable via PayPal. If you are not paying via paypal please do not wait to mail your check or money order. Please mail it as soon as possible to: Beth Pethalsky, P O Box 50703, Bowling Green, KY 42102. If you click on the Reunion Notices on our class page at www.alumniclass.com there is a link to PayPal to make payment. (If you are not registered on alumniclass.com and you still want to pay via PayPal just log in to PayPal and make payment to pjskiboy@gmail.com. Please include your name with the payment.) Here is what we have planned for the reunion. Friday, October 3rd, 7:30pm at Holiday Inn University Plaza Hotel Bar – Meet and Greet, This Meet & Greet is simply a “come as you are and if you want to event”, it is not covered by your reunion fee. This is an extra opportunity to have drinks and socialize together. The committee members will be present. For those of you coming in from out of town here is the address and phone number to the hotel: 1021 Wilkinson Trace, 877-863-4780. Saturday, October 4th, 10:30AM until 1PM at Basil Griffin Park aka Three Springs Park. The pavilion at the entrance to the park off Smallhouse Road is reserved for the Class of 93 from 10:30am until 1pm. This is an opportunity to bring your spouse/kid(s) to the park and catch up with your old classmates. If you would like to use the grills or have a picnic you will need to bring/coordinate these items on your own. The shelter reservation is the only thing that will be provided. Saturday, October 4th, 2:00PM– Warren Central Tour – We will be touring the old stomping grounds at 2PM. Lots of changes have been made to the building and now is your chance to see what’s new. Please meet at the front door of the school. Saturday, October 4th, 7PM until Midnight – THE CLASS OF 1993 15 YEAR REUNION. Ellis Place, 700 State Street downtown Bowling Green off the square. Appetizers (Layered Mexican Salad/dip, Turkey Rolls, Pasta Salad, Vegetable Tray, Meat & Cheese Tray) and non-alcoholic drinks will be provided. A cash bar will be available for those who would like to purchase alcoholic beverages. Casual dress code, but feel free to “dress up” if you would like, a DJ will be present playing all those great songs of the 90’s and everyone is invited to dance. Nametags will be provided for you and your guest and will need to be worn the entire evening to help security with identification. STILL NEEDED: We need photos of you and your classmates from our high school years and current photos of you and your family. We are trying to put together a slideshow of pictures from the “good ole’days” and now. Please email me the photos. If you do not have the ability to scan and email your photos you need to mail them to me ASAP due to the limited time left.
