About William "Billy" Thomas Cooper, 44, of Russellville KY passed away from a tragic accident December 24th, 2021 at Vanderbilt Hospital. Billy was a recovering drug addict, who would do anything for his friends and family. Although, his accident was tragic he was able to donate organs and give three families a new purpose of life. Billy would be very proud of himself for giving other families a new meaning to Christmas. He was funny, caring, a lover, full of life, and a good person, who was always misjudged. He will be glad that people will remember him for his last good deeds.
