About	Simona Dee Heard, 50, of Russellville, KY passed away Friday, October 29, 2021, at Owensboro Regional Health. The Bowling Green native was a daughter of Maurice Heard and Bertha Rose Hager Heard who both survive. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Elijah Heard and nephew, Eli Morgan Heard. Ms. Heard was an assistant manager for Shell gas station. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her boyfriend, Larry Gammons; two brothers, Eric Heard (Jessica) and Darwin Heard (Rhonda); paternal grandmother, Susan Heard; several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral Services are scheduled for 10:00 am, Monday, November 1, 2021 at Johnson-Vaughn-Phelps Funeral Home with burial in Fairview Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Sunday, October 31, 2021 and again from 9:00 am to 10:00 am, Monday, at Johnson-Vaughn-Phelps Funeral Home.
