About	John Thomas DeMarches, Jr. age 62 of Franklin, died Friday, March 26, 2021 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green. Funeral services will be held Monday, March 29, 2021 at 2pm here at Crafton Funeral Home with burial to follow in Stony Point Cemetery in Allen County. The services can be viewed from our website beginning at funeral time. A native of Warren County, he was the son of the late SFC John Thomas DeMarches, Sr. and Mary Pearl Jenkins DeMarches. He had been the Service Manager at Jim Johnson Nissan and most recently was a bus driver for the Simpson County Schools. He was a member of Stony Point Methodist Church and was Deputy Director of Emergency Management in Simpson County as well as being a part of the Community Emergency Response Team. He was preceded in death by his sister – Vickie DeMarches. Survivors include his wife – Jackie Allen DeMarches of Franklin; children – Kristi Woolbright (Darrell) of Scottsville, Johnny DeMarches (Jennifer) of Bowling Green, Heather Jett Jarman (William) of Franklin, Michaela DeMarches of Franklin and Nathaniel DeMarches of Franklin; 1 sister – Darlene Smith (Jerry) of Oklahoma; 11 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Visitation will begin at 2pm Sunday and after 6am Monday here at the funeral home.
