Michael “Mike” Jewell, 52, of Bowling Green, died at 8:26 a.m. Aug. 27, 2016, at The Medical Center.
Mike lived and worked in St. Augustine, Fla., at the Ponce De Leon Country Club and Wynn Dixie Corp.
Survivors include his mother, Sonja Jewell and his sister, Lisa Jewell Adkison and her husband Sammy; his nephew, Michael Adkison and wife, Amber, and his niece,Tonya Adkison, all of Bowling Green; his uncle, Donald Herald, and his wife, Virginia, of Louisville; and many cousins and childhood friends. The family would like to thank all the staff and physicians at The Medical Center for all the loving care given to Mike.
Visitation will be from 1 to 8 p.m. Tuesday and after 9 a.m. Wednesday at J.C. Kirby & Son, Broadway chapel. Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with burial in Fairview Cemetery.
