Lorie J. Goodman
Class of 1977
Dr. Goodman graduated May of 1977 and earned her Bachelors degree at Lipscomb University in Nashville Tennessee. She obtained both her Masters and Doctorate degrees at University of Texas, Arlington. She has had several academic studies and literary works published. She is currently a professor of English at Pepperdine University.
Lorie was one of the most respected and well-liked students at Warren Central. She excelled in academics her entire life. She has positively influenced hundreds of university students who have had the privilege to have her as a professor. She teaches at one of the most beautiful college campuses in the United States, Pepperdine University which overlooks the Pacific Ocean in Malibu, California.
She exemplifies what commencement speakers often say when they declare for graduates "to follow your dreams." I believe she would be an excellent candidate for your Warren Central Alum Hall of Fame.
