Engineering Experience - U.S. Coast Guard General Engineer - Office of Boating Safety (2005 to 2009) U.S. Coast Guard’s expert for carbon monoxide poisoning issues, boating safety, and recreational boating regulations. As the boating safety expert presented new developments in boating safety to the National Boating Safety Advisory Council and the Boating Industry Risk Management Council. Participated in carbon monoxide testing on express cruisers, houseboats and ski boats to identify design features to mitigate carbon monoxide accumulation.
