Lived in Cincinnati at time of death. David had a heart attack while shoveling snow. He worked for the United States Postal Service. He started at Walton-Verona in the fourth grade.Married to Suellen Wilson Gerth who now lives in Georgia. They had two daughters and five grandchildren.
