Bruce served more than 22 years on active duty with U.S. Army, retiring with the rank of SFC. After retirement he specialized in managing business services for various law firms in Washington, DC and Florida. His daughter, Robin, was born in 1972 and his only grandchild was born in 2008. Cause of death is unknown.
