About Me	Went to UNC...my draft number was 13 so I joined an Army Reserve Unit between jr and sr year. I spent months at Ft.Polk, LA, trained and served as a Drill Sergeant (later I got an award for "The Drill Sergeant That Doesn't Cuss"...a great memory). Finished UNC and landed a job with the Raleigh YMCA (now YMCA of the Triangle...15 branches and $62M in revenue) My passion has always been with resident camping so that's what I've always done. Met Helen Graham from Charlotte (I didn't know it but my twin sister Ann had met Helen at a conference during HS and they were pen pals for 6 years before I met her). We got married in 1975.
