Air Force, 20+ Years
Diet Technician in active duty - Ellsworth AFB now in the North Carolina Air National Guard and work as a Aerospace Medical Craftsman. Have served three tours in the Middle East. Got back last year from Iraq working at the Balad Hospital. Anticipate at least one more trip over in the next year.

Prior to his role at the BPDA, Reaves served as Assistant Director of Investigations and Training for the City of Boston, and previously managed the Discrimination Complaints Program for the United States Naval Air Systems Command. He has served in various roles for the U.S. Army, including as an Equal Opportunity Advisor.
He is a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving on Active Duty for 18 years and has a deep background in diverse leadership development, diversity and inclusion programming, analytics, and effectiveness. He is a Certified Diversity Executive (CDE), Executive Certified Diversity Coach (ECDC)
