Dec 1965 to July 1968 aboard the USS ST. Paul; Three tours to Viet Nam (65, 66, 67) . Honorably discharged as ETR2 (E5).

Ermal Neil Summers

Navy, 20+ Years
23 years in the airdale Navy. Retired in 1978 as Master Chief Avionics Technician (AVCM E-9). Boot camp @ Great Lakes in 56 then to Aviation Guided Missileman School. Two fighter squadrons, 4 carriers, 2 tours instructor duty. Three years each of duty in Hawaii and Bermuda (rough) & RVN for a year in 1965 with USS Oriskany. Wonderful career and great memories of many ports and shipmates. WRHS gave me a good education and well prepared me for Navy career.
