Kenneth G. Hoch, age 58, of Tafton died Monday, August 22, 2016, at Wayne Memorial Hospital, Honesdale. Born November 19, 1957, in Allentown, PA, he was the son of the late Kenneth Leon Hoch and Jane Anne (Johnson) Hoch Miller.
A lifelong resident of Pike County, Ken was a graduate of Wallenpaupack Area High School, Class of 1975. Prior to his retirement, he owned and operated Hawley Oil Burner Service.
He was a member of the Shriner's Club and had been a member of Blooming Grove Volunteer Fire Department in his younger years. He was an avid hunter and fisherman.
He is survived by one son: Kenneth Hoch Jr. of Tafton; one sister: Susan Hoch of Blooming Grove; two brothers: Richard Hoch of Lake Ariel and Robert Hoch of Greentown; and his companion of many years: Pat Cotton of Tafton, PA.
