The military funeral of Specialist 4 Stanley Wayne Masker, U.S. Army of Hawley, PA who was fatally injured in an automobile accident in Fulda, Germany where he was stationed with the Military Police, was held Tuesday, August 28, 1979 in the Hawley Methodist Church, with services by Rev. Gall B. Wintermute, pastor.
Military escort was Sgt. Carey C. Beeks from Indiantown Gap, firing squad was also from Indiantown Gap, pallbearers were from Tobyhanna Depot under the direction of 1st Lt. Theodore Chupein; bugler was Jimmy Simpson.
Interment: Pine Grove Cemetery, South Sterling, PA
