Charles William "Willie" Saylor
Jr., 30, of North Mulberry Street,
Hagerstown, was killed in a one^car
crash on U.S. 40 and was dead on arrival
1 a.m. Monday, April 5, at Washington
County Hospital.
Born Jan. 26,1952, in Frederick County,
he was a son of Charles William
Saylor Sr. and Ruth Ramsburg of near
Charles Town, W.Va.
He served as sergeant in the U.S. Air
Force during the Vietnam conflict, stationed
in Thailand with the 6970 Air
Force Group. He was employed as a key
punch operator with the Pentamations
Ent. Inc., Hagerstown.
Surviving besides bis parents are
paternal grandmother, Mrs. Anna
Saylor, Ladiesburg; two sisters, Mrs.
Patricia Ann Jacobs, Presque Isle,
Maine, and Mrs. Carol Jean Dyer,
Hagerstown; three brothers, Robert L.
Saylor, Adamstown, Dennis E. Saylor,
Vienna, Va., and Preston L. Saylor, near
Charles Town, W. Va.; six nephews and
two nieces.
