Ms. Connie Caldwell Dotson, 64, of Manassas, VA passed away Friday, May 13, 2011 after a battle with lung cancer. Her hometown was Frederick, Maryland.
She leaves two sons, Jeff & Jay Dotson, her sister Sandy Moore and former husband James Dotson.
Connie worked for Prince William County Department of Social Services from August 1979, until her retirement in May 2008. Connie worked in Finance and was responsible for initiating and performing skits at the many events held at the Department. She also enjoyed singing & dancing to the oldies with The Fabulous HubCaps and the "Fab 4".
A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at the Lake Jackson Volunteer Fire Department, 11310 Coles Drive, Manassas, Va. on Sunday, June 5, 2011, from 2-4 pm.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Pet Assistance League, Inc. (PAL, Inc.) P.O. Box 1076, Stafford, Va. 22555 or to Capital Hospice, 10530 Linden Lake Plaza, Suite 200, Manassas, Va. 20109.
