| About | My younger brother, Jimmy, was working as a Travel Agent for the FBI, but was really an accomplished Chef, who cooked at among other establishments, JW Rayle in Richmond, VA in the 80's and in Sweeny Todd in NYC. He recently finished writing a Greek cookbook that is self published that contains family recipes and anecdotes about growing up Greek in a Greek household. He had developed lung cancer and was responding well. While driving home from dinner on Oct 13th, he had a medical emergency and passed out and drove into a tree about a block from his home. He was hospitalized for a week or so and seemed to be recovering well. Surprisingly, on the 20th of October, he suddenly passed. He was active in the Greek Church and helped at all the family gatherings. His wit, high energy, charm and great smile will be greatly missed. May his memory be eternal. |
