Went England in 1965 stationed at Menwith Hill US Army Security Agency base, met Pauline Mary Balmforth. Married her on June 7, 1966. Went home to Kauai in 1967. Joined Kauai Police Department in 1968 and had very good career. Retired in 1990 (got full benefits for serving 25 years after "buying back" 3 yrs of Army time). Moved to Vancouver, WA and managed security for Hewlett/Packard and Freightliner Corp. for 6 yrs. Upped stakes and moved back to Harrogate, England.
