Favorite School Memory	I knew that I loved to cook from a very early age and the times that I spent working the varied shirfts in the cafeteria expanded my urge to learn more.
About Me	Attended the Church Colege of Hawaii, the Harry Lundburg School of Seamanship, performed in the Polynesian Cultural Center evening show, student of hula with Joseph Kahaulelio, Hoakalei Kamauu and Sally Naluwai Woods, traveled to Samoa, worked on cruise ships to destinations including Germany, the Netherlands, England, crossing the Atlantic Ocean, New York, Florida, the Caribbean islands, through the Panama Canal, the Mexican Riviera, up the Pacific coast from California, Oregon and Washington, Victoria and Vancouver. Sailed around the islands for 15 years with American Hawaii Cruises, Norwegian Cruise Lines, NCL America, Celebrity Cruise Lines and Princess Cruises. Spent a lot of time as an entertainer, choreographer, musician, costume designer, Producer and Director. I was also a bus operator for TheBus in Honolulu for 7 years, had a Real Estate License in 1993, worked for hotels including Kauai Surf, Waiohai, Poipu Beach Hotel, and Outrigger Hotels.
