English Channel Relay Swim 2023

On August 16, 2023, I was part of a 6-member English Channel Mixed Relay Team(2 women & 4 men). We're all members of the San Francisco Dolphin Club. Our average age was 73.5 years. The name of our team was "Old Goats". Greatest of all time". We completed the English Channel swim in 15hr 09mins. We're currently the "Oldest USA Mixed English Channel Relay Team". Yay! Bottomline, you're never too old to do something great! Aloha!
