About Me	Vietnam War led my first husband (JB Irvin) and I to live on Army bases in VA, TX and HI. I lived in MA for a couple of years, and San Diego,CA for a decade. Moved to HI in 1976 (for 3 years and grad school), and have been back here since 1989. Have worked as a medical librarian and as a special collections librarian (rare books and documents). Have worked at community colleges here, and have taught English as a Second Language here, as a volunteer. Brought Dad out here for the last four years of his life. That was a big one.
