About Me	I am retired from Wadsworth City Schools (36 years) as an Intervention Specialist and worked with children from grades Kindergarten through 6th. All of the children that I worked with had Learning Disabilities. I loved working with these kids and taught and supported all subject areas. I continue to volunteer two days a week in my nephew's 3rd grade class (in Wadsworth) teaching and supporting reading. My sister lives close by so we get together often and go shopping, attend craft shows, and anything else that comes up that we both want to do. My husband retired from Lockheed Martin and now teaches "Business Classes" full time at Ashland University. My daughter, an Intervention Specialist, taught 6th and 7th grade Special Education for Barberton Schools for 7 years and now teaches 1st and 2nd graders (Special Education) at Copley Schools.
