About	Joe retired from the Army and helping fellow veterans with life and PTSD. He was struck by an object during a windstorm in Colorado. The locals in Colorado and Vincennes admired and found Joe to be a good man and he is missed dearly by his family and daughter especially. God Bless him. Colorado locals honored Joe with a celebration.
