He is survived by : his children, Jesse Moore of Winter Beach, FL and Melissa "Missy" Blades of Vero Beach, FL.; and his sisters, Patricia Edwards of Sebring, FL, Sandra Burrell of Fort Myers, FL, Ann Puckett of Jacksonville, FL and Lynne Smelt.
