About Me	As many of you know I became a Christian about 30 years ago. In 2004 I co-founded Lily of the Valley AIDS Foundation, Inc. a non profit that supports and builds Children's HIV/AIDS Villages in South Africa. Read my book on my wall if you have time I am married to Linda, the most wonderful women in the world and we are blessed with a beautiful, smart and driven 26 year old daughter, Lindsay, a graduate from UC Berkeley now managing the home entertainment branding and marketing division at Lionsgate Productions. Lindsay was a Calso Counselor for fall 2012 new students and their parents at Berkeley and was selected was an intern for Congresswomen, Barbara Lee of Oakland. I practice law in Westlake Village CA specializing in transactional law, setting up legal entities, lease negotiations, non profits, franchising and real estate. I am also a partner in Southern California Mediation Partners, LLC in Westlake Village, CA and I am advisor and leasing counsel to Franchise Growth Partners, Inc., a new concept for helping franchise companies maneuver through the tricky and sometimes tedious machinations of the franchise world. I also am an expert author for Ezine Magazine, an online professional service.
