In 1950, his mother Helen, age 19, husband, and Jeff were living on 12th Street in Santa Monica and his father Jauris was working as a sheet metal layer for an aircraft company. In 1963, the family moved to Culver City living on McDonald Street, and his father was listed as working for North American Aviation.

In 1963, his father was head chef of the fathers who served up a charity spaghetti dinner to support Boy Scout Troop #116 held at Temple Akiba, Culver City.

Jeff was always involved in singing. Starting with participation in the church choir when he was six years old, he moved on to presidency of his Junior High School Glee Club and was in a vocal group called ‘The Five of Us’ which performed at the Venice High Spring Formal in March of 1967.
In his senior year at Venice High School, May 1967, Jeff played the lead role in the play, The King and I, directed by Fred Baum, and starring Susan Katz as Anna. He was interviewed by the Evening Vanguard, where Jeff said he has always favored the role of entertainment, but it wouldn’t be his bread and butter, as he is contemplating a future in dental technology.
Jeff was voted ‘Class Wolf’ and graduated in June of 1967 with the Les Uniques class.
Fun Fact: His parents retired and moved to Twentynine Palms, where his father was a Citizen Patrol volunteer.
In October of 1992, he and his wife, Donna Jean Ashwood welcomed a son, Jordan Marcelis Williams, in Santa Clara, California. Donna Williams received her Registered Dental Hygienist license, when they were living in El Dorado Hills, California.
