About Me	I grew up in small town, USA and I proud to say that I am an American, through and through. I live in America, therefore, my chosen langauge is ENGLISH! I have six brothers and sisters of whom one brother Steve, passed away in May of 2010, an honored Soldier of the Viet Nam WAR, not conflict, men, women and children died, THAT IS A WAR! I don't really care that the politicians called it a conflict, if they had been there, they might have seen things a little differently! I have 2 wonderful children, Casey and Nicki, both married and raising families of their own. My daughter-in-law, Robyn teaches HS English in Archer City, Tx. They have 2 adorable children, Casyn and Rilyn.My son-in-law Donny works in the olifield running a rig here in Velma. They have a handsome little boy named Tyler, Ty for short. I am a wonderful Nannie, ask my grandchildren, they will tell you the same! lol I have 2 sisters in Hawaii, Brenda and Lani, both of whom are retired. I have a brother Larry, a dedicated and loving teacher who lives in San Antonio, Tx. I have 2 sisters that live here in Velma, Joanne is a History teacher and loyal Comet fan, and Janet works at Eduardo's in Duncan, Ok. I have a niece Stephanie, who is in the Army and nephew Sam is in the Army as well, he is stationed at Ft. Bragg, NC. If you can't find anyone to pray for, please pray for our nation's soldiers. If it weren't for them, we couldn't be us. I married the love of my life and we have been married almost 32 years! Wow, it doesn't really seem like it has been that long! My Mother Tommie, lives right down the road, and I am proud to say she is the BEST MOTHER IN THE WORLD, and boy can that woman cook! And of course there is my nephew Andrew, who is basically my side kick. He's a big help and yes he is a little ornery, but who ain't! I work at the local school and have seems like forever.
