Scott was born in Richmond, VA and was a beloved husband, terrific father, a loved son, good friend and all around special person. He was liked by everyone who met him. Scott loved the ocean and life. Surviving are his wife Shelby; son, Jessie and his mother, Michelle; mother, Frances; brother, Jeffrey and his wife, Teresa; daughter, Audreanna; son, Logan; and five step children, Matt, Joshua, Crystal, Samantha and Benjamin Mullins.
