After retiring from the Navy, Jeff moved to Rochester, Indiana and spent his time fishing, reading and community activities with his local American Legion. Jeff lived and died alone with his cats. When Jeff failed to attend his mother’s weekly Sunday dinner- he was discovered by his older brother in his backyard fallen from a heart attack.
