Kelly Phelps was born Dec. 21, 1966. She was a fun and cheerful person to be around. She had many friends. She gave birth to two beautiful girls, Elley Nicole and Kylee Anne. One of Kelly's favorite things to do was watch movies with her girls on Saturday morning. She is missed everyday by her loving family. Bless her children on their journey through life without her.
