Dr Cecil Dee Bowman
Class of 1963
Dr Bowman has received many honors in Private Law Enforcement and other community affairs. He is a Master Mason, a Major in Civil Air Patrol, Knight Templer, in the Order of Kentucky Colonels, in Who Who's in Security, and Who Who's in America Law Enforcement. Also Dr Bowman is the Chairman of Oklahoma Private Security Association.
