Diane passed away after a long illness. She was a life-long resident of Albuquerque, attending Stronghurst Elementary, Garfield Junior High, Valley High and the University of New Mexico, where she received her BA and MA in Education. She was a long-time educator and guidance counselor with APS until her retirement in 2007. She leaves behind 2 children and 4 grandchildren.
