About	John went to his home in heaven after battling lung cancer for 21 months. It was a valiant fight and he finished the race strong. As he wanted, he passed peacefully at home with his family by his side.

I remember John who was a year ahead of me at SA Valley. He played quarterback on the varsity football team.
