Valley Center High School, located in Valley Center, California, has had many alumni, but one that particularly stands out is Daniel Brunskill. Born on January 27, 1994 in San Diego, California, Daniel has made quite a name for himself in the professional football scene.

Daniel Brunskill is a top-notch American football player who plays the role of a center. He started his football journey back at Valley Center High School where he played as a tight end. During his time here, he showed great talent and received an award for all league in the lineman category under Coach Rob Gilster.

After high school, Brunskill decided to take his talents to San Diego State College, where he played college football. His expertise did not stop there. In 2017, he found himself undrafted but still managed to sign with the Atlanta Falcons as a free agent. However, his journey with the Falcons was short; he was waived in September 2017 only to be signed to the practice squad the next day. He signed a reserve/future contract with the Falcons on January 15, 2018, but was waived again in September 2018 and signed to the practice squad afterwards.

In 2019, Daniel joined the San Diego Fleet, a team of the newly formed Alliance of American Football (AAF). The same year, he signed a contract with the San Francisco 49ers. With the 49ers, he achieved a landmark in his career by reaching the Super Bowl LIV, unfortunately losing to the Kansas City Chiefs. It was during this period that he was re-signed to a one-year contract and was even tendered as an exclusive-rights free agent. He later signed the contract and was named the 49ers starting right guard, starting all 17 games. On March 15, 2022, the 49ers placed a restricted free agent tender on Brunskill, which he signed a month later.

In 2023, Daniel Brunskill signed a two-year $5.5 million contract with the Tennessee Titans, where he plays to date. As of 2021, according to his NFL statistics, he has played 45 games and started 38 of them.
