Shereen is preceded in death by her father Floyd Niel, and brother Lance Hedge and her grandparents. She is survived by her husband John and her daughter Delanie Herndon, sister Marla Ferguson, nephews David and Chandler Ferguson, mother Deanna Larrañaga (Ruiz) and stepfather Jorge Larrañaga, uncles Donald and Ernie Ruiz and aunt Julie Little and many close relatives.
